The first three to five locations to run a CrewCoach trial are co-builders, not customers. CrewCoach gets sharper because of them. In exchange, founding partners lock $400 per location per month for 12 months regardless of where standard pricing moves later.
One crew turnover event with hiring, onboarding, and lost productivity typically costs an operator $1,500 to $4,000 per departure.
If CrewCoach prevents two crew departures per year at one location, it pays for itself. If it prevents four, it returns 2x. The arithmetic is simple. The math you can run on your own.
